Drying grain with aeration

In the areas where canola or other small seed crops are part of the rotation, the .050 is the most popular aeration floor for flat bottom bins. Their .050 flooring has 15.69% open area, 35% more open area than most competitors. The .094 floor is the perfect choice for cooling and drying corn, sunflowers and other larger seed crops. With larger holes, the .094 can blow a lot of hot air for a small price.

Minimizing aeration loss

Whether you have 10 feet or up to 100 feet of grain, ALL SIZE can support whatever you throw on them. If it’s size and strength you want, the “TRUSS” floor system is for you. Made from G90 galvanized metal, the “TRUSS” system gives you superior strength with minimal aeration loss. The “TRUSS” is able to withstand up to 100 feet of grain. With strength like that, the “TRUSS” floor is a must for bins over 30 feet high, and can be an option for smaller bins for farmers who want a stronger floor. ALL SIZE manufactures a variety of grain aeration products as well as distribute perforated screens. ALL SIZE also chooses the best metal to put into their products. Their flooring systems are made from G90 (galvanized) metal for superior strength and corrosion resistance.

GRAIN BIN FLOOR SUPPORTS: SYNTIRO CONNECTIONS

The NEW “SYNTIRO” support system is our latest in aeration floor supports. The quick connections and long spans means a fast and easy install. The “SYNTIRO” is engineered to aid in efficient airflow and use half the typical number of support rows. After installing, the flooring simply lays flat on the support without having to snap in, allowing faster install, and accommodating uneven concrete floors. The “SYNTIRO” support can also span in floor tunnels. SYNTIRO’S locking feature allows the supports to be quickly connected and provides strength and support without movement. When overlapping supports, our spring steel clips keep the supports together. Their easy clip on style will not pop off during installation because of the jagged teeth that grip the metal for a secure lock.

SNAP LOCK SUPPORT

The ALL SIZE Snap-Lock supports are an easy to install flooring support system. Made from 18 gauge steel, these strong flooring supports live up to their name. Just snap them in place. Supports are staggered to maintain optimal airflow while maintaining their strength. Available in standard heights of 6”, 10”, 13”

BRIDGE THE GAP

The new 20” ALL SIZE ribbed flashing is spliced for smaller diameter bins and non spliced for larger diameter bins. With a 10″ overlap and the perforated ribs it will allow consistent air flow as well as superior strength when the bin sweep in in operation. Our “T” track flashing bridges the gap between your ALL SIZE floor and any flat surface like auger cleanouts, tunnels and pits.
