Transfer just about anything with the 3510 Agri-Vac, Walinga's proven, portable bulk transfer unit. Filling the void between consumer grade shop vacs and Walinga's massive industrial systems, the portable 3510 Agri-Vac is the ideal clean-up and reclamation unit for large production facilities and mills. It's small, built with fork-lift pockets and will fit in the back of a pick-up truck. The 3510 Agri-Vac will clean out a pit when that grain legs decides to quit, it's small but it's mighty, moving corn up to 700 bu/hr (18 tonnes/hr)! Ready, day in and day out, to make light work of the heaviest tasks. Built to run hard and run often, properly maintained, these units will last for generations. Speaking of maintenance, now available with Air-Purge, filters cyclically self-clean in real time extending filter maintenance intervals to annually or every 400hrs.

Reverse engineered for portability. The 3510-G clean up hose and any attachments are all designed to perform at maximum efficiency with minimal human effort. Above, this 3510-G cuts the cord being petrol powered. Now, distant outdoor location reclamation transfers and clean-up are easy.

Now the 3510 is available with Air Purge technology. Real time cyclical purge routines clean filters of debris. Filter maintenance frequency is reduced to once every 400hrs or annually. Air Purge systems are only available pallet mounted. |
Built to NFPA (National Fire Prevention Association) guidelines, the Air Purge systems design incorporates several key safety features. Canister design minimizes dust explosion risks, relief valving is standard and the electric drive motor meets 'Totally Enclosed Explosion Proof' TEEP specifications. |
It may not come with wheels, but the 3510E with Air Purge will still fit thru a doorway. Integrated forklift points make semi permanent installations possible where a larger Central-Vac System just isn't feasible. The 3510E AP unit stands seventy-eight and three quarter inches tall, is under thirty-three inches wide and without hose attachments about eighty-four inches long. |
